For metal to metal seated valves
we grind as little as possible
to assure complete clean-up
and perfect roundness of the
ball; then plate to original
dimensions per OEM specifications.
For
FISHER V-Balls, we weld all
damages areas, machine for clean-up,
polish and plate.
For
soft-seated stainless steel
balls we grind for clean-up
and true roundness. If the ball
is still too far undersized,
the ball is then built up with
stainless stell to assure required
dimensions.
For
steel balls we grind the minimum
amount, repair the damaged areas,
and regrind. If the ball is
still too far undersized, the
ball is then built up to original
dimensions as per OEM specifications. |
